...continued Fusion Reactors

Okay, so let’s get this straight. You’ve told me that there is nearly unlimited energy to be had, with no risks to be taken? There has to be a catch. Well, if you think that, you’re right. Unfortunately, we have no idea how much it will cost to properly research and build one. Estimates state that it would cost  billions or even trillions to build one of these reactors , and it’s ultimately gambling with a good deal of the government’s money. It’s going to be very hard, not to mention it’ll cost an arm and a leg, but when the reward is unlimited cheap clean energy for all, this monstrosity of a bet may pay off. On one hand we have an opportunity for a green future, but on the other hand this bet could waste a lot of money and have a lasting economic footprint that could disrupt the lives of millions. It seems humanity has a choice to make.
