This is a fun online game called Text Twist. In Text Twist, the goal is to make as many words as you can with the letters. These words have to be legitimate words from the dictionary. The white boxes above show how many three letter, four letter, or even five letter words can be formed with these letters. If you want to challenge yourself, you can set a time limit.
